    No personal or company-identifiable data is ever used in public datasets.

    5. Data Retention

    Active Accounts

    We retain customer data as long as your subscription is active.

    After Cancellation

    Upon cancellation:

    • You may request a data export within 15 days

    • After 15 days, CargoFlare may securely delete account data

    • Some data may remain in encrypted backups for compliance purposes


    6. Your Rights

    Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

    • Access your data

    • Correct inaccurate information

    • Request deletion

    • Restrict processing

    • Request data portability

    • Opt out of certain data uses (e.g., marketing)
